研究领域

侯尚国课题组主要从事多维生物动态成像方向研究。研究方向包括:

1. 多维动态光学显微成像技术开发;

2. 病原体与宿主相互作用机制;

3. 定量生物分子动态成像;

4. 人工智能生物成像。


成果

侯尚国博士的研究领域为高时空分辨光学显微成像技术开发及其在生物体系中的应用。针对不同尺度的分子和细胞体系,发展了一系列的多光学维成像方法,用于研究各种不同体系和条件下的生物分子与细胞之间的相互作用。研究成果以通讯以及第一作者身份发表在Nature CommunicationsScience BulletinSmallOptics LettersAPL Photonics等国际高水平期刊。研究工作被Nature PhotonicsMolecular CellACS Nano等权威杂志正面引用,并多次被Phy.org、Duke Research 等学术网站亮点报道。主持在研5项国家自然科学基金项目以及省市等科研基金项目。指导课题组学生获得深圳湾实验室主任特等奖学金(2023)、中国研究生电子设计竞赛华中赛区二等奖(2023)。
